On contact with the skin, the gel complex breaks, releasing a soothing, softening wave of Avène Thermal Spring Water – this is the "Gentle Fresh" technology. Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, a key ingredient in Antirougeurs CALM Redness-Relief Soothing Mask, helps maintain the health of fine surface facial micro-blood vessels while TRP-Regulin relieves sensations of discomfort and improves the tolerance threshold of sensitive skin.

Ideally, you should apply it one once or twice a week. In the event of intense flushing, you can apply the Antirougeurs CALM Redness-Relief Soothing Mask daily or even several times a day.
To calm your flushed cheeks, you can start by applying cotton pads soaked in Avène Thermal Spring Water after placing them in the freezer for 3 minutes.
The "ice cube effect” is cooling and stops flushing right in its tracks! To make the effect last longer, finish with the Antirougeurs CALM Redness-Relief Soothing Mask.
Skin prone to suffering from redness can also be dehydrated. If this is your case, you can adapt your skincare to your skin's needs by alternating, for example, one anti-redness-prone mask with one hydrating face mask per week.
